What is CHIRP?
A traditional sonar sends out a single frequency pulse at a time. A CHIRP (Compressed High-Intensity Radiated Pulse) sonar sends out a continuous flow of frequencies, ranging from low to high, and because of this, the sonar readings are much clearer and have a higher resolution.

With a 0.4 in target separation, you'll easily differentiate between objects underwater, pinpoint target species and track the tiniest lure.

Extreme Depths Precision
With CHIRP 2, surface clutter and noise are minimal. Locate fish as close as 6 in from the surface. Distinguish bottom huggers as deep as 330 ft.

3 Beam Frequencies
Find good spots with a 47° wide-angle beam (100 kHz). Use 20° mid beam (240 kHz) to drill in. Home in on target species with 7° narrow beam (675 kHz).
